The money raised is used to sponsor a no-charge summer camp for inner-city youth. Toys should be unwrapped in the $8-$25 price range, with the price of the item written or left on the package.
Gifts can be brought to Garnett on Sunday, November 28; Wednesday, December 1; or Sunday, December 5.
Cry Room is Open!
Our newly renovated Cry Room for unhappy babies and/or nursing mothers is available in the back of the Auditorium, behind the east doors leading to Café Mosaic. The two-way, mirrored glass will offer privacy, and the audio from the worship and message is playing inside the Cry Room as well.

Cordless drills (don’t forget your batteries and charger)
Paint brushes (1-1/2” – 2-1/2” angled and flat)
Roller frames for painting
Extension handles for roller frames
Rags / Old t-shirts
Putty knives
Utility knives and blades
Weed trimmers for yard work
Ladders (step ladders and extension ladders)
Hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, hammer, wrenches/sockets, etc.)

The Story
We invite you to join us on a journey to see the Bible in a whole new way: from beginning to end.
For 33 weeks, starting October 17, 2010, we will be experiencing the Bible in chronological order learning about God’s story for the world, and our part in it. Join us and see the great story in a whole new way.
The NINES
On September 9th our church will be hosting a global leaders experience known as The Nines sponsored by Leadership Network and Catalyst.
The day will feature more than 100 great speakers including Jorge Acevedo, Jon Acuff, Joan Ball, Francis Chan, Andy Crouch, Tammy Kelley, Mark Deymaz, and Seth Godin. Each speaker will talk for 6 minutes on the theme of “Game Changers.” You can find out more here http://thenines.leadnet.org. The NINES is broadcast online, and we are a host site, so we will be projecting the live feed for all to see.
To add to the experience, we want to invite you and your friends to come watch The Nines as a group at our location. We will have some snacks available, a big screen and some drinks that day as well as some great discussions about the content presented.
We’d love for you to bring a snack or a drink to share when you come-let’s make this a party!
The talks will start at 10:30am and lasts around 9 hours. Feel free to come and go as you wish. Drop in and catch a few talks, or stay all day.
You can register online here. Feel free to come even if you don’t register.
