Ministry Mosaic Mosaic 1. a picture or decoration made of small, usually colored pieces of inlaid stone, glass, etc.

2. something resembling such a picture or decoration in composition, esp. in being made up of diverse elements: a mosaic of borrowed ideas.

3. –adjective of or pertaining to Moses or the writings, laws, and principles attributed to him: Mosaic ethics.

Ministry Mosaic 1. A highlight of something uniquely designed, made up of diverse elements that come together to form something much more beautiful and impactful than the individual sum of its parts. 2. A time of celebration and information sharing at Garnett Church of Christ where various ministry efforts are highlighted and stories are shared, all in an effort to define not only who we are in the body of Christ, but where we feel God is leading us as we forge ahead into 2010.

Schedule 8:30am – 9:45am – Pancake Pandemonium in Phillips Hall (Fundraiser for the start-up capital for Café Mosaic).

10 am – 11:30am – Praise and Worship Ministry Mosaic: Spotlight on the past, present and future ministry efforts of Garnett.

11:30am – 1 pm – Ministry Tables & Conversation in the Mall and Café Mosaic space.

(This will be a time of deeper conversations with the leaders and volunteers representing many of the diverse ministries at Garnett.)

All Church Super Bowl Party Student Ministry will be hosting an ALL-CHURCH SUPER BOWL PARTY! Please join us in Phillips Hall for fellowship and football on Sunday, February 7th. Kick off is at 5:30 pm, so bring snacks and drinks to share and come cheer for your favorite team!

Dale Brown’s daughter, Jamie Clay, has a friend that is 6 months pregnant with her 3rd or 4th child. She has double pneumonia and bacterial meningitis. Please keep her in your prayers.

Announcements The Food Pantry is still in need of bags. Paper bags are especially needed.

Winter Ladies’ Retreat Garnett Ladies: You are invited to participate in a Winter Ladies’ Retreat February 26 & 27, 2010, at the Lake Tenkiller home of Jim and Robin Schinnerer.
